Soulful Leadership is this new narrative. Its human-centric perspective is concerned with generating wellbeing and prosperity for the greatest many – including mother earth – and not just for those in positions of power and privilege.

The new narrative values the humanity of leaders – who they are, what they stand for, and what they are willing to fight for – more than the brilliance of their executive minds. Thus the book takes current and future leaders on a transformative journey of reflection and self-awareness, so they can see and hear themselves and the worlds in which they live in new and different ways.

The journey is undertaken with the help of an unexpected set of teachers – the timeless wisdom of immortal poems. Because few teachers reflect us and our humanity in new and previously unimagined ways than timeless poems.
